InfoGyan entered into a multi-year strategic partnership with an immigration and corporate law firm in Illinois, USA to handle their entire IT infrastructure. The scope of the partnership includes:

• setting up and maintaining the required computing, networking, storage and communication infrastructure
• developing and maintaining suitable software stack to track its immigration petitions and corporate projects
• developing and maintaining a simplified Business Intelligence solution around the enterprise data
• empowering client’s customers through an online self-service portal
• developing mobile interfaces and IVR solutions integrated to the core software stack, to facilitate status tracking from any where
• identifying outsourceable back-office operations (voice and non-voice) and offshoring them, as required
